10 months post RTKR Vlog update

I can’t believe that in two months I have my 1 year follow up!! It seemed like a million years away when I saw the surgeon at week 8 and he said that was the next time I was required to see him! Here’s my news this month.

  1. Well done Mel! I am working hard at the gym now doing 1/4 squats and 6 minutes on the bike at low resistance, so pleased. Yes I agree, you just have to work hard and I am enjoying my muscle soreness as I know I have worked hard on my quads and glutes.
