I’m feeling pretty happy about this squat... despite the fact that the knee hurt like hell today! . Yesterday I ended up covering for a sick staff member on top of my regular workload. This meant my day included.. . 😣6 x massage clients (this alone would usually be considered a full days work for a massage therapist) 😳3 personal training clients 😩a fitness class (which I also live streamed and live demo’d. . By this morning, this little old knee just did NOT want to squat! So all things considered this video looks pretty good! . Now I need to keep it like this, but also get it lower! .
