Here I list the details of all the rehab programs I have worked through. Some were given to me by physiotherapists, some were developed by myself as a result of information given to me, using my knowledge as a personal trainer.
Here is my hydrotherapy program from the start. This is in stages and will take you through from the beginning to around 5 months post op (depending on the speed that you make progress, this might be different to me.)

Physiotherapy: the next level
Next I went seeking something extra to physio, a program that would take me to the next level and start to restore some of the fitness that I once had. First though, we needed to address muscle imbalances!
Cycling: progressing to outdoors
As a cyclist, I was incredibly motivated to be able to get back outside on my bike. This turned out to be the best exercise of all for flexion and strength!
