The race over Bluff Hill Part 2: which knees won?
We had some fun with this before my op (here’s the first video: https://youtu.be/zJR8STDWH7U) and decided to have a re-run, this time asking which KNEES won?
The deal this time was Mark was to run up and over Bluff hill and down the other side to meet me who would walk from the same starting point, but along the coast path to the lookout where Marks path comes down to join the coast path.
Who won? Pitch your bets below then watch to find out! Bear in mind.. the turn around point for me is a 50 min relatively flat coastal walk from our starting point (and that’s one way, the longest I have walked so far is only 50 mins), but he is running up and over an extinct volcano..
