Hello Moana pool?!

Hello Moana Pool, it was a pleasure to meet you! I popped in for a swim while in Dunedin visiting friends and developed a cool new swim routine! (It must have looked odd to everyone else though!

Since I didn’t know the pool having never been before, I ended up in the lanes on the deep side of the bulk head. The shallowest end of this (which wasn’t that shallow!) was where I stopped every two lengths and used the bars to push myself down into a squat or lunge, 10 of each every 2 lengths!

I managed to do a kneeling lunge both ways round 😁!

BUT

To get the squat low enough or to get knee on floor I had to go for a full submerge! Must have looked most odd – me doing that every 2 lengths! 🤣
